Belgians Viviane and André Vossen realize four wines thanks to the valuable advice of Michel Rolland and Claude and Lydia Bourguignon (also advisors to the Romanée-Conti!).
Ad Francos: The appellation is Francs-Côtes de Bordeaux. Area: 1 hectare with a clay and limestone soil. Grapes: 100% Merlot with a planting density of 5000 plants / ha. Yield: 35 hl / ha. Average age of the vines is 40 years.
Stripping, green harvesting, handpicking, double sorting. Fermentation in barrels. Ageing 12 months in new oak barrels. Their consulting oenologist is Michel Rolland. This wine has a production of 6.000 bottles.
