Located at the crossroads of Pomerol and Saint-Emilion, the Vauvrecy-Boutet vineyard is a family estate created in 1937. The 7.5 hectare estate has been cultivated organically since the 2014 vintage.
Château des Cerfs is made from Merlot (80%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). 12 months aging in barrels.
