Tasting notes
- Nose:
- Pleasant and inviting nose on sherry notes supported by a particularly fine woody note. Then, spices and candied fruits (peach, apricot).
- Taste:
- Clean and precise on tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), it's also spicy and salty. In the mid-palate, bourbon vanilla and ripe fruits (plum, pear) with also lemony notes.
