Hugh Ryman, an oenologis, whose family was one of the pioneers of the Bergerac revival with Château de la Jaubertie.
François Guichot-Perere, an investment banker at Lazard but above all a lover of the Périgord.
François-Xavier de Saint-Exupéry, in charge of Château Tiregand, who brings his great experience of the Pécharmant terroir.
Château Mondazur is a tribute to the famous blue clay, the prerogative of the greatest wines of Aquitaine and present on most of the property's soil.
