The Domaine du Bouchot is an old farmhouse renovated in 1966 and is located on the right bank of the Loire.
Being activists of the BIO, they decided to produce "less but better" by leading in 2004 to a biological wine then biodynamic in the respect of the soil.
The particularity of their terroirs gives to all their wines a structured and concentrated personality as well as an incredible and very subtle length in the mouth. The clusters are exposed to the sun by leaf stripping which brings light fruity notes to their wine which is typical of this grape variety. This Pouilly-Fumé is the first BIO wine of the appellation.
