2012 Labastide Dauzac, Bordeaux, France, Margaux AOC
Labastide Dauzac is the second wine of the Château Dauzac. The wine comes from young vines (average age 30-35 years old) which are not yet used in the blending of the Château Dauzac (Grand Cru Classé from the AOC Margaux). The wine is vinified in the cellars of Dauzac with the same attentions as those lavished at the Château Dauzac.
Harvest: manual in small crates and sorting on tables before and after destemming.
Aging: 12 months in barrels.
