As owner of Cru Vineyards in the Rhone Valley, Guyot has had for 4 generations a special relation with the best areas and producers in each region.
The Wines Guyot are present in many great restaurants (Paul Bocuse, Fouquet's ...) and guides for the selection of the best wines.
Destemmed grapes. Aged in big and small barrels, 20 % renewed every year, for 12 months,.
