About this wine

Castello Banfi is a family-owned vineyard estate and winery located in the Brunello region in Tuscany. This award-winning estate was founded on the philosophy of blending tradition with innovation and is recognized as a pioneer in elevating the standards of Italian winemaking.

Their dedication to excellence has won over the approval of aficionados worldwide. Castello Banfi is a constellation of small vineyards encompassing over 36 different types of subsoils.

The Centine Rosé takes its name from a 19th century farmhouse on the Castello Banfi estate. It is a rural Tuscan dwelling characterizedby its many stone arches, called 'centine' in Italian. Their appealing character is perfectly reflected in this Centine Rosé.

The grapes are coming from vineyards situated in the hillsides located in the southern part of Tuscany. The soil is calcareous and well drained.
The grapes are vinified for 14 days, with brief skin contact, in stainless steel tanks at 17,8°.
