Each "Pépin" cuvée is made from organically grown vines, harvested by hand, with no inputs during vinification, using only indigenous yeasts and no added sulphites.
The grapes come from different regions of France and the assemblages change according to the moment.
This is the text on the back label: "Pépin is the fruit of small winegrowers, changeable according to the authors, hand-harvested, sulphite-free and vinified with love".
