The Clémentin de Château Pape Clément is a wine produced from the vineyards of the Château Pape Clément, Grand Cru Classé de Graves. This is one of the oldest Grands Crus de Bordeaux. The vineyard was established in the thirteenth century by Bertrand de Goth, the youngest of a noble family of the Bordeaux region. Archbishop of Bordeaux, Bertrand de Goth became Pope in 1305, under the name of Clement V. The castle took his name. The vineyard then belonged to the Archdiocese of Bordeaux until the French Revolution. This area can boast itself of having produced wine on the same lands for 7 centuries.

- Planting density: 7,700 vines per hectare

- Weed: controlled culture and horse plowing
- Vinification: hand harvested in small crates with a first sorting in the vineyard. Run off directly into new barrels by gravity, without any pumping.
- Ageing for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
- Yield: 35 hl per hectare
