This Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is grown on a plot of 13 hectares with clay-limestone soils on the plateau extending the vineyards of Château Pavie and Château Pavie Macquin. Its southern exposure brings maximum sunshine.
The vineyard is planted with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The average age of the vines is 30 years. Terrien Bernard, the owner, was for 10 years the Director of Château Petit Village in Pomerol with the famous success that we know. Maturing in oak barrels for 100%.
