Located on the plateau of a hill overlooking the village of Beaumes-de-Venise, Domaine de Durban exists since 1159.
The Domaine oversees the vineyard beautifully and offers spectacular panoramic views. It is in this unique setting that the Leydier family devotes all his attention to the production of wines since the 60s.
Reasoned culture. Age of vines 25 years.
The ripe grapes are picked by hand, gently de-stemmed.
The total production being:
830 hectoliters of Vin Doux Naturel (about 110,000 bottles), 215 hectoliters of AOC Gigondas (about 27,000 bottles), 780 hectoliters of AOC "Cotes du Rhone Villages" (about 106,000 bottles).
