The Brigata VerdeRame is an association of Italian biodynamic winemakers, united by friendship and a shared commitment to preserving traditional farming knowledge in winemaking.
The name "VerdeRame" refers to an old preparation called "copper water", used for centuries to protect vines from mildew.

The members of Brigata VerdeRame share a common approach to viticulture and winemaking, prioritizing manual labor, soil fertility, and biodynamic practices. Their wines are crafted with minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing natural processes to unfold without significant manipulation.

In Sicily, Brigata VerdeRame is represented by winemakers who cultivate native grape varieties such as Grillo and Nero d'Avola, producing biodynamic wines certified by Demeter. These wines authentically reflect tradition, terroir, and vintage, offering a sincere and complex expression of Sicilian viticulture.
