This sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir is a premium non-vintage wine made from selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, displaying classic citrus flavors with a delicate crisp finish. The grapes were sourced from several high level viticultural regions in South East Australia. The grapes were harvested in the cool of night to keep freshness. Each juice batch was fermented separately using selected yeast strains. These individual batches were then assessed by the winemakers and blended in proportions that created a wine of delicate balance and harmony.
