Delivery:: Once you’ve completed your order you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Then, when your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a code to track the status of your order.
Billing:: Your invoice will be automatically sent to you after your purchase. Please fill in the usual information while placing your order (name, address, VAT number). You can also contact us through: support@upperwine.com.
Returns:: Please check the status of the case and bottles upon delivery. If you want to return your order, please send an email to support@upperwine.com. Returns will only be accepted in their original and closed packaging.
Packaging:: All bottles are repackaged in shock-absorbing packaging designed for the transport of wine.
