Second wine of Château Chasse-Spleen.
The vineyard, with an area of 80 hectares, is located at the highest point of the ridges of Grand Poujeaux. The soil is composed of 80% of Garonne gravel on limestone substrate. The remaining 20% is clay and limestone. Culture method is traditional, harvest is manual. This domaine is one of the most famous at Moulis and at the level of a classified growth.
Composed of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon - 20% Merlot.
Wine tank with temperature control. Aging in barrels for 12 months.
