2000 Clos Sainte Pauline, Loin Moulin, Languedoc-Roussillon, France, Côteaux du Languedoc
A blend of Syrah and Grenache with a touch of Mourvèdre for a wine which can mature and reflects well the local “terroir”. Raised in barrel for a year, it will be perfect at the table of gourmets. Property of Alexandre Plages.
The Languedoc-Roussillon is the largest wine region in the world. White or red wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon are full of sun.
The vineyard is divided into two geographically distinct wine regions that are often associated in the minds of consumers: the vineyards of Languedoc and of Roussillon which is, on its turn, also divided into several names. The region is the largest producer of table wines. This vineyard enjoys a Mediterranean climate. A wide variety of grapes used for winemaking.
