2013 Romance, Château de Berne, Provence, France, Côtes de Provence
In the Var, between Lorgues and Flayosc, the private domain of Château de Berne extends on 500 hectares of unspoiled nature. Since the 18th century it has been an exceptional place, a landmark for relaxing and well-being whose concept evolves around two themes: the Provence and wine. It fits perfectly in the new era of oenotoerisme. The vineyard, hotel, gastronomy, sports, cultural events ... everything is a pretext for the Art of Living of the Provence.
The Provence has been a source of vineyards for nearly 2600 years. Benchmark in the world for its rosé-wines, its temperate climate is also the birthplace of great wines. Wine production is at the heart of the activity of Château de Berne since 1750. Nowadays the production represents an area of 118 hectares and is boasted with ultra-modern facilities.
