Antoine Bernardin is a young winemaker who is based south of Toulouse on the terraces of the Garonne. He works in organic and biodynamic agriculture with a concern for soil conservation. In addition to Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Chardonnay, he grows the rare local grape variety Abouriou. All the grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is made naturally.
