Mirabeau Rosé Gin is a London Dry Gin from Domaine Mirabeau in Provence.

They use a neutral 100% grape-based spirit to give a round, slightly fruity mouthfeel, a hint of their Mirabeau rosé (Côtes de Provence AOC) gives the gin a sumptuous texture. Lemon and coriander give it a fresh acidity. Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to achieve delicate floral notes. Finally, laurel, thyme and rosemary give a finely balanced herbaceous character to the whole.
