It all began with Pauline, the great-grandmother of Eric, who in 1860 sold her wine in markets. Nowadays it's Eric Louis who creates the family wines with the same love and respect for the vine.
It's the diversity of the soils of Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, Menetou-Salon and Quincy which give the richness and complexity to their wines.
They fight, in the most biologically way available, against diseases and parasites and practice grassing in the vineyards in order to restore balance and structure to the soil.
