Rhum Ardent is an organic rum produced from pure organic sugarcane juice from a cooperative in Paraguay. It's aged for 3 years in old barrels of Belgian whisky then 3 months in barrels of Muscat de Rivesaltes. This gives it a double typicity, with the woody and dry side of whisky and the sweet and fruity side of Muscat. Nice length in the mouth with a touch of vanilla and caramel. Very nice nose.
