Like a mosaic, the Collection Mas Belles Eaux of this domain offers varietal wines, pure or as an assembly, chosen for their uniqueness and their balance. Coming from a strict selection parcel, they reflect the richness and diversity of the soil of Belles Eaux. 

The beautiful deep color leads the way followed by aromas of red fruits and wild flowers. On the palate the wine is long, greedy, a vivacious.

His name is linked to the water that runs around the farmhouse before flowing into the river Peyne. The vineyard covers 90 hectares of hills, north of Pezenas.

The soil here is complex and varied, with a predominance of gravel on red clay and silt. The whole vineyard of Mas Belles Eaux was reorganized around traditional Languedoc grape varieties: syrah, grenache, mourvèdre and carignan.
